Accessing network drives

Hi,

I have a number of users who dial into our NT server using RAS.

Can access Exchange server for e-mail, etc, but I cannot see how to access network drives – I get unable to browse the network when I try to find them.

All 3 users have definitely got rights to access the drives on their login.

I was told that it was because Netbui needed to be installed, so I tried that – made no difference. Then told need to type in network path in Start/Run instead of browsing – again this makesno difference.

Please advise what I need to do to resolve.
