acer 5100 touch pad keyboard and usb won’t work

my acer aspire 5100 keyboard,touch pad and usb stopped working. it boots up fine but can’t do anything with it.
have tried everything possible with no prevail
tried f12 button on boot up, have tried with no ac or battery holding power button down
for 60 seconds then pug ac in only and hold
power button down for 5 seconds then repower
nothing works iv’e tried
