Hi,
I have an Acer Laptop 4500 series and my harddrive went bad so i went and got another harddrive… Got out my recovery CD’s and went to install the one that has XP on it and I set it to load CD/Rom on boot and i started giving me a PXE error so i removed the harddrive cause it said that one of my cables might have been loose replaced it and it doesnt give me the error anymore but it keeps telling me “No Operating System Found”… Which is correct because i dont have the operating system loaded yet but it wont prompt me to the recovery screen, it seems as if it want to run the CD but then it stops and gives me this error or message i should say, on boot up. It gets stuck there and it wont do anything and then when i press enter the message disappears then comes back on “No Operating System Found”… Any help would be appreciated… Thanks
