acer notebook wireless driver

hi
i have an ACER aspire 5715z notebook , it has wireless named 802.11b/g wlan , and it runs xp sp2 . the problem that when installing the driver which comes with the computer from the company an exclamination mark appears and the driver will not work , i tried to check over the internet and the company site but i still have the same problem even i tried many drivers but with no use , can any one help me with that
