Acess point

Hi all , may have to bear with me on the tech language as i have none lol, our walls are to thick and our wifi is low in many areas of the property we at the stage were we can hard wire ceiling mounted access points rather than plug in all over the house , i was looking at installing PoE adsl cables in the ceiling and to use TP-Link EAP110 300Mbps Wireless N Ceiling Mount Access Point ,
but not sure this will work with our apple products as It says compatible with Microsoft .
do i need to think something else or will this be ok we are totally apple in the house
