Acrobat button does not keep file path when moved

Hi,
i have several buttons in acrobat that run scripts. i have noticed that if i move the PDF to a different folder, the paths dont stay. for example
the file and scripts are on
server\netlogon\printers

but if i move the PDF to c:\printers
the all the paths in acrobat change to c:\printer and not server\netlogon\printers

can any one help?
