Active directory Replication

I need some advise on the configuration of sites and services replication. I have two sites . Site (A) has two domain controllers (1) and (2). Site (B) also has two domain controllers (3) and (4). If I configure the sites and services replication on all servers am I being redundant. What are some guidelines to best accomplish replication with my current setup? Thanks for any help that is offered!
