Add disclaimer to BCC email from Outlook 2003

I was wondering if there is anyway MS Outlook could add a disclaimer to any email that I add a BCC address to? It should say something like you have been blind copied and don’t reply to all.

Basically just trying to find a way to add a disclaimer every time I BCC someone in my email.
