I am wondering if other companies have that one I.T. individual that seems to be addicted to his job? The type that is checking his email as soon as he wakes up, as soon as he gets home, and all the time really because of a cable modem/vpn connection into the office. The type that is so connected, clients never know when they are home sick or taking a vacation day. The type of person that not only responds to communication, but initiates it and creates work for themselves during these times. A truely insane individual that knows about virus alerts before the rest of us wake up, that supports clients in odd time zones from his home, and actually offers to complete tasks on weekends. Am I in the presence of greatness or just a wierdo?
