Adding emails to Exchange User Account

I am having trouble adding an additional email address to a specific user. That user already has two additional addresses (same domain). However, when I go to add another one, the “email address” tab is not present on User Properties. This is the only user that is directly connected to the Exchange 2003 server. The user is directly connected using Outlook XP Pro.
