adding item to services in win2k

hmm i have a dsl service and i want it to auto dial to my isp without logging into my win2k advance server. is it possible ?
let me give little back ground
i have web,ftp, mp3 server and terminal services and i cannot use them un till i am connected to internet (right now i login and lock my comp)but if i want to reboot my system remotely i can’t. and i can’t even ask my roommate to reboot it for me as they will have to login and that liberty i don’t want to give to them 🙂
only thing which comes to my mind is to run it as a service but how to add or make a service no idea ! any help or idea will really be appreciated
