Additional Windows Utility

I would think that Microsoft should starting putting some useful utilities in their future release windows operating system such as those which helps in maintaining system security. I suspect a hacker has left a “backdoor” program on my pc, now, itwould be nice to have a utility that came with windows which keeps a log to report detailed activities of any program installed on windows things such as what source triggers the launch of a certain program and what the time frame is, perhaps there is one which I am not aware of.
