administrator has dissapeared from my computer so i cant log on to my pc??

i tried to take of the administrator that asks for a password to get on to ur computer ,but after i removed it and re started my computer when it starts up it is still asking me to click a users account but there is no user account to click on so im stuck.. cant get on to my pc …..please help ty
