Admins all locked out of networked folders

All our admins have been locked out of all shared folders on our network. We get 2 error messages. When trying to access directories and shared folders we get “an error occurred while reconnecting U: to \\gabserver4\users. Microsoft Windows Network: the device is alreadcy in use. This connection has not been restored.” Then when trying to rename a computer we get “The following error occurred attempting to rename the computer to “GAB4417″: Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.”
This is annoying. I’m logged on as an administrator, but regular users can access all their shared folders. Any ideas?
