Adobe Acrobat 8 pdf options

I’am useing a large template in Indesign CS2. I am using Acrobat 8.
I have several on the template. Each ad has its own layer.
I would like to export each ad as a pdf, with only the ad showing (NOT THE TEMPLATE DOCUMENT SIZE). How do I eliminate the empty white space around the ad? Is there an auto setting?
If so what? Can I save this out as a PDF preset so I can easily change my pdf settings?
