Adobe Flash player user anomoly

Hi All,

Odd situation at play here. We have a single user in our AD that is unable to view anything that uses Adobe Flash Player. The user has appropriate rights in AD and does not have a roaming profile. Identical users do not have any issues viewing the videos. We have even copied the user’s profile to make a new profile and the new profile can see the Flash videos. This problem follows the user from machine to machine.

We did provide the user with an alternate login acct to view the videos with, but they are insistant on being able to do so on their own login.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
