I am a college graduate.I have an offer from a reputed software company which came on-campus for recruitment. Due to some reason the company has taken quite a lot of time to give me a call for joining. I came to learn about a startup company through one of my friends and decided to sit for an interview and was selected by them. The whole idea was to have more options so that in case something goes wrong i didn’t have to go astray.
Now, it seems like my first company will not take more than a month to give me a call for joining. The startup company wants me on their side too. I like their product objective and feel that I can do more for them. But since I am a fresher I am unable to decide whether I can take the risk. I am literally squeezed between a reputed company which has proven to be slow in giving me a call and a startup company which wants me in as soon as possible. I am in a terrible dilemma and can take on a good advice. Thanks.
