AI in Business: Efficiency or Over-Reliance?

Over the last year, I’ve seen more companies adopting AI tools to automate workflows, speed up decision-making, and reduce manual work. While it’s exciting, I also noticed teams sometimes lean too heavily on these tools without questioning outputs. Personally, I think the real power of AI comes when it’s paired with human judgment, not replacing it.
