We had ARCserve 2000 and InoculateIT 4.53 running on several NT servers. Having just upgraded Inoculate 4.53 to Inoculate 6 and eTrust (CA product change half way through upgrades), the Alert Manager no longer emails ARCserve job logs to recipients (IT support) after backups have finished.
A new server had a straight install of ARCserve 2000 and eTrust (not upgrade) and that works fine. Must be an issue with upgrading?
Everything looks OK to me -the recipients are setup as before, Alert Manager is started, etc, but it doesn’t work.
Any ideas?
