Alias removal from disabled account with no exchange properties

I read a thread you had helped someone with in the 2006 time frame, and I have a user that I think has an alias. The user account has been disabled, and has had all exchange properties removed. I am trying to figure out how to remove this, and the prior thread was a little light on details of exactly what steps needed to be performed to remove… any help is greatly appreciated..
