An easy question from an apprentice!

I have a new Blackberry Pearl 8130. I have administrator rights on my laptop (XP Pro SP2), I am a restricted user on my domain. I have installed the software on my local account and now I have figured out that my domain account will not allow me to synch data from outlook 2003 to my blackberry. I would like to approach my adminstrator with an easy solution to make my blackberry fully functional in my domain account without giving me rights on the network? Any Ideas? Thanks
