Another chef’s choice tonight will be…

Make some ‘cheap’ toast.

By ‘cheap’ I mean the sort of skice of bread that you’d find in a cheap loaf – thin sliced bread.

Toast a couple of slices, as soon as they smell they’re burning (as all cheap toast does!) press the eject button and remove. Instantly spread THINLY with your favourite spread, add a layer of Cucumber & Mint raita, closely followed by a touch of Spicey Mango Chutney.

If this concoction is still remotely warm by the time it hits your taste buds, you will thank me.

Otherwise you’ll be left wondering what you’ve just done.
