Another Part of Computer Freeze

Aside from the slowness and freezing, my microsoft outlook has been affected. It keeps sending me the same e-mails over and over and over. I opened my e-mail 3 hours ago, and I’m still recieveing the same e-mails, I have over 1000 e-mails now from the same people!
