Anti-spam mail that can work with HTTP

Hello,

I a presently gettign frustrated with the increase in report of spam mails hitting my server.
I am an Internet Service Provider. I will like to know how to eliminate spam mail. I will also like to know how to take of spam mail since ost people use web based email address. I want a software that can eliminate spam mail before tehy get to their destination.
