Antivirus for Mailman?

We are running the Mailman e-mail listserver under Linux. Recently, the listserver distributed an e-mail that was infected with the Kak worm. The worm was embedded in the body of the e-mail, not as an attachment. Are there antivirus programs thatcan clean infected e-mails before being distributed by the listserver?
