It has come up to that point of the year where my Antivirus almost needs renewing, and this year I have been considering changing companies. done a bit of research, finding very little when it comes to recent information. And when it comes down to it, who best to ask but people who use these programs every day.
I currently use McAfee Total Protection, and the features I am looking for are:
-Easy to use, set up and it goes
-Online Subscription, automatically renewing
-ability to add extra single licenses (have 3 computers currently, want to be able to get more subscriptions if I get more computers)
-ability to monitor status of other computers over network
-website monitor
-not a resource hog
-regular stuff (firewall, antivirus, antispyware, live scanning, ect.)
-preferably only a single program
so I am looking for a more top-line product, price is not a real problem, but would prefer not to spend thousands…
I have been happy with McAfee (for the most part) but I am not sure of it’s reliability and would like to see if you had any suggestions.
