My question today is centered around career growth. My colleague and I are trying to develop a job description centered around Office Automation using VBA with the Office products to automate processes. We also would like to expand this toinclude outside work as well. So far, no luck, either we are advertising incorrectly for the type of work we do, or there is nomarket for this. We are also having a hard time at work trying to create an understanding in our management that we are not coding, but automating, and we feel this kind of work belongs in the network center, not a programming area. Any help with all these questions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!
