Anyone know of a FREE CRM Service?

I just started a small business that I am trying to grow. I was looking into some CRM software and saw a lot of promotions for free trials (etc). Seems like there’s so much out there I got a bit overwhelmed. Can anyone recommend a solid CRM company that does in fact offer free service?
