App to forward calls

Can somebody recommend me an App for my IPhone (Business) to forward incoming calls for reservations to a second phone (BlackBerry / old model). The incoming call must ring on both phones, so not the standard option that is available in the Settings. When ringing the phone must be able to be answered by either the Iphone or the Blackberry.
