Archiving Outlook Express E-mails

My users have mail boxes exceeding 3 GB. Mail is stored locally in their Hard Disks. The hard disks are filled up due to the mail & it cannot be justified to upgrade hard disk simply to accomadate the mail box.

Is there is a way to archive the mail to a rewritable CD or to a seperate hard disk.
