ArcServe across routers

We support a banking system with a TCP/IP network that is WAN’d across the local branches by Cisco 3600 routers. We are trying to get the ARCSERVE at the main branch to back up the clients in the remote locations. Some are on T-1, some are 56K Frame, I have put static routes in the Cisco 3600’s and I can ping out to the branches from the Arcserve machine, but the ArcServer software does not see them. I have installed the client software and brought that machine to the local subnet and it seesit OK.

Any ideas?
