Are Fortune 500 in way to die?

A degree is forever. It is more than simple training, useful for desk work, but doesn’t make capable to a person to take critical decision that affect to the company.
Maybe we are in the begining of a managerial degeneration, where, when existing less employees with degree or master, in future have to promote to more responsability positions, due his experience, those wich only know a face of the industry, and we should remember that those that cannot adapt to the changes on their environment are less capable of survive.
maybe, similar things can pass in executive positions, and, even if it is not this way, we all know that if the base of a pyramid is insecure, the whole pyramid will be.
