Hiring activity in the first quarter of 2003 will remain at fourth-quarter levels, according to Robert Half Technology’s Information Technology Hiring Index. Eleven percent CIOs expect to add IT staff and 3 percent foresee personnel reductions. The majority of executives, 86 percent, plan no change in hiring activity.

We need your inputfor an upcoming story and thank you for helping as always,
Sincerely
