assign local default printer

I have 10 computers (Windows 2000 pro) with local printers (lpt1). I would like when a user logs on to any of those computers, they get the default printer which is connected to the computer. Like a policy for the computer that overrides the users set configurations. ie normally when a user is logging on the user has set network printers to print to but I want them to print on the local printer when they are on one of those 10 computers.
