Assignment Question

I have to design an Organsational chart for a company with 80 computers installed over 4 offices. The IT Dept. has 2 main functions:
1. Purchase, installation, maintenance of computer hardware. (3 staff)
2. Proviion of software. The company purchases and writes some of its software. (4 staff)
One of the offices is a 2hr drive away from the rest.
