ATV 2 won’t turn on.

I know the power supply in my Apple TV 2 is out. I have checked it with a DVM. I have 110VAC in but no 3.4 VDC out. This problem happened during a major electrical storm. My question is are replacement parts available? If so where can they be purchased. The power supply is a Delta Electronics ADP-6BFS
