Audit Strategy for Microsoft Exchange

I am looking into software to create and monitor audit strategy for Microsoft exchange. I am looking for something that will allow me to monitor my exchange admins and if they change certain settings or do certain functions. I have found ChangeAuditor by Quest Software that I am evaluating. Does anyone know about this software and are there any others out there?
