Auto Create an hyperlink in a excel cell

Hi,

I would like to create an excel document with a column of hyperlink cells. Is it possible to have the address of each link updating itself automatically depending on the content of cell in the corresponding row?

ei:

Col A/ Col B/ Col C
————————
Row A / X / Y / <..."C/.../My Folder/"XY>
Row B / Z / W / <..."C/.../My Folder/"ZW>
Row C / Y / T / <..."C/.../My Folder/"YT>

where all the fields in Column C are hyperlinks.
