auto replay message for outlook 2003

dear all I am using my gamil into outlook 2003 but I want to when some one send me an email and my outlook replay it as I want to write a text automaticaly , is it valible to configure looklike this option for my outlook to auto replay an email of sender of any email acount to my gmail acount?
