Auto Resize Image in MS Word 2003 Table

Hello,

Is is possible to create fixed width+height Tables so that any images inserted into them will automatically adjust its size to fit into the table. So for example

If the Table cell size was 400 x 300 and the image size was 200 x 100, would it be possible to have the image resize to 400 x 300 automatically? Or is there a button in MS Word that Auto Fits the image without altering the table width/height.
