auto. shutdown of prepaid internet cards

running a linux 7.2 box with a windows web based work station. How to configure a way to auto control the overage of hrs. of a 10 hr internet prepaid card. right now we have to monitor the hrs manualy. Is not there a way that the ras server can be set up to manage the over 10 hrs. automatically?
