Auto-Startup of Programs

We have some server programs that we used to start up manually by logging in at the server console and then locking the screen when the programs started.

These did not come supplied as an NT service and the SrvAny (from the NT resource kit) failed to start them as a service.

I’ve tried putting them in the “startup” folder but I think they start up only if I log in.

Is there a way to start the programs everytime the server is rebooted WITHOUT logging into the server console?
