Autocad LT2006 Standard Toolbar problem

Dear All,

I have recently got a problem with Autocad LT 2006. A System which is joined in NT domain has Autocad LT2006 installed locally.User Works with limited user account. User closed standard toolbar hoping it can be redisplay like MS-Office but now not able to get toolbar back. When i login with Admin account or any other domain account i get this toolbar in place but for one particular user it is not appearing.

Pls. give some idea to get the toolbar back.
