Automated installation of Windows98 se

I am a PC Specialist with a small to mid company, 100-150 users, and I have quite a few machines to upgrade from win95 to win98. I’ve read all about msbatch98, but I can’t find any info on how to do this on a freshly formatted hard drive. I know it would be easier to upgrade over 95, but a lot of the systems have bugs, and I would like to format and reload for a fresh install. I have a way of doing it now, but it involves loading windows the standard way, step by step. I’d much rather boot froma floppy, type in a command, and let it run. I’m new to the field, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
