Automatic display of records when a field value is selected.

I am developing a VB form to manage a database fpr my employers. I have five fields which are linked to controls on the form.The problem is,I want my other four fields to update automatically to display the field values forming a particular record when I seleect a unique field value from the field which serve as the primary key
