Automatic reply in Outlook – without users password

by sannhto . Updated 17 years, 9 months ago

Hello!

Here’s the issue: One of our employees is home sick and she’ll be away for another month. I’d like to set an automatic reply for her email adress, but is there a way to do it without having access to her account? I know I could reset her pasword and login to Outlook as the right user, but that’s somewhat against our policy. We’re using Exchange 2000 and Office 2003.

Isn’t there somewhere an admin function that allows me to do this? If there isn’t, there damn sure should be…
