Automatically Copying Mail Attachments

Is it possible to configure the mail server to automatically copy the mail content and the mail attachments to a user’s home directory in order to download big attachments.

And also I am getting a pop lock busy error, if I am trying to login to the same address from two differet machines. Is there any way to change that.
