Automation of Network Settings?

OK. Our county just got a huge grant and we are buying 300 new Dells. I was wondering if there was a way to make a program, like an .inf or .reg file that I could put on a floppy, run it, and that would install all my network settings like DHCP and my DNS servers and the like? Thanks
