AutoSoft tools for EDI ,FF and MR Files

We are an NT4.0 SP6 platform with Oracle and Access Database, our main service is to receive EDI ,FF and MR files from the Energy Industry,convert them based on Industry and State Business rules then send them back to the client.I would like to knowif there is a Software tools or a database for our QA Process to eliminate any oversight that could happen.
