AutoText Entries will not print with Customized Category/Save-in Settings

My AutoText entries will not print. I have hundreds of customized Building blocks saved in personalized [Category: Create-New-Category] and [Save-in: Building Blocks] fields that will not print. The process: Word > File > Print > Settings > AutoTextEntries > Print does not work for these customized entries.

Must I edit each individual entry and save again to General and Normal fields to print them? Or is there a simpler way?
